Riffly Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Riffly, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Riffly. You're responsible for your account and for everything posted from it. Choose a username that doesn't impersonate anyone else.
2. Your content
You own the reviews, ratings, lists and photos you post. By posting them, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within Riffly so the service can work. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in short-term backups.
Content you post is public. Only post what you have the right to share.
3. Community rules (zero tolerance)
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post or do any of the following:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting people
- hate speech, or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics
- sexual content or nudity
- spam, scams, or misleading content
- content that infringes someone else's rights, or private information about other people
- anything illegal
You can report any review or profile, and block any account. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and remove the accounts responsible.
4. Music information
Song and album information and artwork come from Apple Music and belong to their respective owners. Riffly is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Spotify or any artist or label.
5. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
Riffly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Riffly.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Riffly after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
